Shortly after our Mario Kart 8 Review, Nintendo announced plans for two DLC packs to be released over the next several months. We’ve sunk even more hours into this exceptionally fun game trying out all the new courses, but were they worth the price? Continue reading Mario Kart 8 DLC Review

Oceanhorn Review
I hadn’t heard of “Oceanhorn: Monster of the Uncharted Seas” until it was released from Steam several weeks ago and Ken suggested I play it. The game was initially released to iOS in November of 2013, but was recently released to Steam on March 17th, 2015. Now that I’ve given it a good look, here’s what I thought. World of Tanks: We’re Losing the Island
Between Final Fantasy XIV and Dungeon of the Endless, we still found time for World of Tanks this week. We fair a bit better in our latest video than last time, though we were unfortunately not recording during Ken’s ‘Top Gun’ artillery match. I’m sure he’ll pull it off again eventually… Continue reading World of Tanks: We’re Losing the Island
Oceanhorn: Forest Shrine Preview
I’ve been continuing my trek through Oceanhorn this week between our other adventures. We’ve got a new video of the Forest Shrine dungeon posted below that should show anybody interested in the game just how much like Zelda the game can be. Keep a lookout for future Oceanhorn videos and a full review soon. Continue reading Oceanhorn: Forest Shrine Preview
World of Tanks: One of Those Days
Ken and I found some time this week between Bloodborne and Oceanhorn to fire up some World of Tanks matches. We found ourselves mostly on the receiving end of a constant stream of beatdowns by red team. So please enjoy watching as we get our asses repeatedly handed to us before we finally decide that enough is enough. Continue reading World of Tanks: One of Those Days
Oceanhorn Preview
While Ken has kept himself busy with Bloodborne this week, I’ve been playing through a new title he recommended, Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas. Truth be told I hadn’t heard of the game before he sent me a trailer. The video could have been mistaken for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker if you had only briefly looked at it. Ken felt that my love of the Zelda series made me uniquely qualified among us to give the game a proper play through and review. I’m not quite ready to give a full review of the game yet because there’s too much left to see. While you wait, Tyler has cut a short preview video of me playing through the Abandoned Mines dungeon to give you guys an idea of what the game is like. Keep an eye out for my full review later this week. Continue reading Oceanhorn Preview

Once again we grab Tyler to try on one of those new popular games that everyone is talking about. The video is great as usual, unfortunately I don’t think she’ll ever let me have her play it again. Get ready for nightmare at Chuck-E-Cheese’s.
World of Tanks: Athos Likes to get Punched in the Crotch
We spent another evening on the fields of battle tonight as we fought it out with other tanks for supremacy. We invited Aaron along for the ride. Instead of following my T95 at breakneck speeds we switch it up and stick to our Tier 8s and 5s. As often goes with World of Tanks, we just have to keep reminding ourselves you can’t lose them all.
Dota 2 Virgins
For our latest Gaming in the Evening, we invited some of our friends along to play Dota 2. We welcomed Aaron and James to the game to meet the 5 player team requirement. Tonight’s video is a little different than our usual fare in that none of us had ever played Dota 2 before. In fact, as we were starting the video most of us were launching the game for the first time. To make things even more interesting, this was actually the first MOBA some of us had played. Ken attempted to give us a crash course on the basic concept early in the video as we waited for our first match.
Dragon Age Inquisition Review
This week I finally wrapped up the newest fantasy RPG title from Bioware, Dragon Age Inquisition. The game boasts over 100+ hours of content, and it’s not an exaggeration. But having now played it, do I think it was worth putting in all that time?
